Beyoncé has pulled out of the Clint Eastwood production of A Star is Born.
The 31-year-old singer was due to team up with the Oscar-winning director in the iconic film about a  young performer who falls in love with an older fading star.
The remake of the original 1937 romantic drama will still go ahead but the 'Single Ladies' hitmaker has dropped out due to scheduling issues.

It is now thought that director Eastwood is thinking about drafting in jazz musician Esperanza Spalding to take over the role.
The upcoming 'A Star is Born' remake will be the fourth version made of the motion picture after Janet Gaynor and Fredric March's 1937 original, which was followed by Judy Garland and James Mason taking the main roles in the 1954 reboot, and then Barbra and Kris in the 1976 version.
