The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards joked about her mask, tweeting: ' ... thinking to ask @Carinasfacial to borrow that "mask" for Halloween :).'

 But this was no relaxing beauty treat - but a serious procedure, complete with an electrical current.
