The Super Eagles of Nigeria yesterday defeated the Elephants of Cote D'Ivoire in the quarter final 2-1. I was really surprised... because a lot of us wrote them off, abi? But they put in a sensational performance, their best so far and put us through to the next round. I don't know about you guys, but for me o, Victor Moses, Brown Ideye and Sunday Mba are the revelation for this new Super Eagles players so far. But they are all heroes! Standing ovation for the Super Eagles!
The Ivorians believed they will win the match but the Super Eagles said (Mba not this Sunday!!!)
We are meeting Mali at the Semi-Finals. I hope we don't get too carried away with our victory. #ProudNigerian
Oh and Emmanuel Eboue, Elephants of Cote D'Ivoire indeed...now you are the grass we walk on! Hahahaha!
