Polictical Strategy: ACN's N100 recharge card...

   
Very Innovative.....This certainly is a new form of Political campainging... Heard that they spent thousands of naira to hire helicopters that distributed 100 Naira recharge cards in Akure yesterday.....Hmmm... Nice one.
