Lady Unveils More In Provocative Manner

That a woman in her right senses will dress so scantly and she's ready to hit the road beats my imagination. 

The woman above is in her early 40s, believes this dressing is very provocative because it is a clear invitation to rape and should be condemned.

She said some men who would come across this lady in public places will be sexually aroused and may end up raping innocent girls around them.

Please, what's your take on this? Must our ladies dress this badly for any reason, whatsoever?
