Renowned Fashion designer and pundit Oluremi Osholake popular known as Remi Lagos has passed away. She died this morning (Saturday November 3, 2012) at age 51.
She reportedly died of cancer at a London hospital after undergoing a surgical operation.
The news of her death was announced by her very close and long-time friend Funmi Iyanda on social network Twitter.

Remi Lagos is one of Nigeria’s most popular fashion designers.
She trained at the East Croydon School of Art & Design, Chelsea
School of Art & Design and Inchbald School of Art & Interior
Design.
She managed to expand the creative phases of Remi Lagos on
prestigious fashion runways in Europe, the United States of America and
Africa.
She carved a niche for herself in the fashion industry having put in
more than 25 years. She was noted for her quietness and her love for
black outfits.
